Scaffolder Training Program
This program is designed to enable candidates conversant with the Saudi Aramco scaffolding standards. Topics of discussion will cover, but not limited to the requirements of Saudi Aramco Scaffold Safety Handbook and General Instructions.
Because the categories for Saudi Aramco certification varies and requires different levels of skills, the training program is divided into three categories, namely:
Basic Scaffolding (Duration: One (1) month)

Scaffolding Supervisor/Inspector( Duration: Two (2) Weeks)
Course Contents
- Responsibilities of Scaffold Supervisor and Inspector
- Applicable Standards (British, OSHA, Saudi Aramco)
- Regulations for installations of ties, guys and rakers.
- Regulations for erection of different types of Tube, Coupler and System Scaffold.
- Scaffold loads and post spacing.
- Common faults identification.
Welder Training Program
The Welding Training Program is a ladderized program structured from entry-level structural welding using SMAW process to advance pipe welding using SMAW and TIG processes. One can take the advance course if he already completed the pre-requisite course and approved by the selection committee.
The program helps the participants to develop a working knowledge and learn the theory behind gas and arc welding techniques and equipment; cutting and joining of iron, steel, pipe and non-ferrous metals using Shield Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) and Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW).
Structural Plate Welding (Duration: One (1) month)
Course Description
A comprehensive training program focusing on welding plate metal in all positions: Horizontal, vertical and overhead. Participants completing this program will have the skills necessary to acquire jobs in construction, fabrication, maintenance and manufacturing related industries.
Who Should Attend:
Entry level participant who can communicate both on oral and written English. He should be physically and mentally fit and can perform basic mathematical operations and measurements.
Pipe Welding ( Duration: Two (2) weeks)
Course Description
This training focuses on developing the necessary practical skills to achieve a compliant 5G and 6G weld using SMAW process. Classroom time is minimized and covers only the essentials of welding safety and technical requirements to this task.
Who Should Attend:
Participants for this program should have already acquired training for Structural or Plate Welding.
TIG Welding—Carbon & Stainless Steel (Duration: Two (2) weeks)
Course Description
This course provides the participant with a thorough technical understanding of gas tungsten arc welding, arc characteristics and welding safety. It provides training be able to produce quality fillet and square groove welds on thin carbon steel and stainless steel using the gas tungsten arc welding process and to develop the skills necessary to make quality gas tungsten arc welds using both direct and alternating current.
Who Should Attend:
Participants for this program should have already acquired training for Structural or Plate Welding.
Pipefitter Training Program
This program deals with the properties of various piping materials and the principles underlying different methods of pipe connections.
Participants completing this program will develop skills in the use tools required for industrial pipefitting and maintenance of piping systems for water, oil, oxygen, and high pressure steam lines.

Crane Operator Course (Duration: One (1) Month)
This course provides the fundamentals of safety, equipment characteristics, and operational practices that apply to mobile cranes. Hands-on practice is emphasized to develop the basic skills of mobile crane operation and maintenance requiring each participant to conduct a series of lifts on mobile cranes.The program also includes computer class to prepare participants for Crane Operator Certification’s written test done by way of computerized examination after successfully completing the course.
